Q.1 If I fail to attend my course will I get a refund?
A.1 All course deposits and fees are non refundable, however if you have a good reason for non attendance and are able to provide proof we may reschedule your course. (You must let us know ASAP that you will be unable to attend or why you did not attend)
Q.2 If I have additional or special needs can I still complete the course?
A.2 We will need to discuss your needs with you but in most cases we are able to accommodate people with special needs.
Q.3 What should I wear for the course?
A.3 If you are able to wear a professional therapist uniform then please do. If not you are required to attend the course wearing either white or black. Please do not wear any jewellery (wedding band acceptable) to the course. Hair must be tied back off the face and sleeves should be short. Nails should be short and clean without any varnish.
Q.4 will I be given instructions and directions on how to find you?
A.4 Yes – these details will be sent to you before you in time for your course attendance.
Q.5 I will need to stay over night in order for me to attend – where can I stay?
A.5 We will send you an accommodation list on request.
Q.6 Do I have to purchase kit?
A.6 For most courses our kits are optional, however you will be required to purchase a kit for some courses. You will be advised of these courses on enrolment.
Q.7 Are the course lecturers fully qualified?
A.7 All lecturers are fully qualified and hold teaching and assessing qualifications. They are all registered and hold qualifications in the subjects they teach. All lecturers and assessors have up to date industry experience.
Q.8 Why are courses shorter than at other learning providers?
A.8 students are placed in small groups and gain individual attention and 1 to 1 support. Our students tend to come to us motivated and willing to learn, this makes learning easier and quicker. We cover essential knowledge and practice. If the learner wishes to progress to an external qualification then home study is required
Q.9 Will I practice on the course?
A.9 Certainly Yes – on some occasions you may be required to bring along a model for your training day but on most occasions we are able to provide models for you. We have a great client database through connections with a local training salon.
Q.10 Can I pay instalments for my course?
A.10 You may pay in instalments but these are calculated strictly at the ELAs discretion. You are required to “pay off” for your training before starting your course. All monies paid are non refundable regardless if you attend the course or not.
Q.11 If I fail assessments am I required to pay again?
A.11 No fee is charged for retakes
Q.12 How much is the course deposit?
A.12 Deposits are 50% of the total course fee
Q.13 How much extra is it to do the qualifications?

Q.14 Can I get insurance after doing the course?
A.14 You will be able to gain insurance
